- 300g mascarpone cheese
- 300ml whipping cream
- 1 jar BAM Coconut spread
- 50g coconut flour
- biscuits for tiramisu
- lukewarm milk (for soaking the biscuits)

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese thoroughly with the whipping cream until smooth and creamy.

Add a jar of BAM Coconut Spread and coconut flour. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.

Briefly soak the tiramisu biscuits in the lukewarm milk. The soaking time should be short enough for the biscuits to absorb some of the milk but remain firm.

First spread a layer of soaked biscuits on the baking tray. Spread some of the prepared coconut cream evenly over the biscuits.

Continue adding layers of biscuits and coconut cream alternately until all the ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of coconut cream.

Sprinkle the final layer of tiramisu with coconut flour and garnish with raffaelletti, if desired.

Place in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavours to meld and the tiramisu to get the right texture.
