Instructions:

Mix the BAM macronutrient mix with 50ml of room temperature water. Stir for 5 minutes.

Spread the mixture on baking paper, shake the tray and pop the bubbles.

Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.

Prepare the filling. Mix 50g butter, 150g cream cheese and a handful of freeze-dried raspberries.

Top cooled macaroons with raspberry cream and decorate as desired.
