For the perfect Raspberry Macaroons, use the BAM Macaroon Mix, which always creates a pliable mass from which you will create the perfect macaroons.

Each macaron is filled with a delicate cream cheese custard enriched with finely ground BAM freeze-dried raspberries, which add freshness and a slightly tart flavour, while retaining the vibrant colour and intense flavour of fresh raspberries.

This exceptional combination provides the perfect balance between sweet and sour, while the texture of the macaron adds a pleasant crunch.
