But how do you make raspberry sorbet?


Clean the raspberries with sugar and water, then leave them to cool. The mixture is then churned in an ice cream maker or frozen in a container and stirred occasionally until it reaches the desired consistency. The result is a light and refreshing sorbet with a light pink colour and a delicious raspberry flavour.
