Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 115 ml whole milk
  • 10 g butter
  • 66 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g ricotta
  • 1 orange

Instructions:

Sift the flour through a sieve. Add the egg to the sifted flour and stir until the ingredients are combined. Then gradually add a small quantity of milk and stir. When the ingredients have come together, add the other half of the milk. Stir again until the ingredients come together in a single mixture without lumps. Melt the butter and add the melted butter to the flour, egg and milk mixture. Choose a pan with a non-stick base. Heat the pan over a medium heat.
