Instructions:
1
Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the dark chocolate drops. Put everything together in a saucepan over a medium heat. Slowly heat and melt the mixture until it is smooth and glossy.
2
Remove from the heat, stir in the sugar and cocoa powder and mix until smooth. The added sugar will lower the temperature slightly and the mixture may appear slightly grainy, but that's fine.
3
Add the vanilla yoghurt and vanilla paste, and stir again until the mixture is smooth.
4
Finally, add the sifted flour. Add the flour carefully and gradually until you have a smooth mixture again.
5
Add the ruby chocolate and the finely chopped strawberry pieces, and stir gently until combined.
6
Line a small rectangular baking tray (20x20 cm) with baking paper, pour in the batter, smooth it out as much as possible and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes. You can check whether the brownie is baked with a toothpick. If the toothpick is dry when you take it out, the brownies are baked. But be careful, they need to remain soft and slightly moist, so it's okay if you underbake them a little.
7
When they are baked and ready, remove from the oven and leave to cool completely on a rack. Once completely cooled, cut and serve. The quantity of ingredients in the recipe is for 9 pieces.
