Recipe for making a simple and easy chocolate mousse with dark BAM chocolate. BAM dark chocolate is a very versatile, premium Belgian chocolate with at least 55.6% cocoa solids. It is ideal for creams, mousses, ganaches, ice creams, biscuits, cookies and other creamy chocolate structures. The chocolate is shaped into smaller droplets for faster and more even melting of the chocolate. It has an authentic, just-right bitter chocolate flavour.
