Chocolate soufflé is a dessert with so much chocolate flavor that no other chocolate dessert can compete. We have prepared a recipe that allows you to prepare a chocolate soufflé for just two people.

To prepare it, in addition to the usual ingredients, you need two standard size chocolate soufflé molds and BAM drops of dark chocolate. The chocolate drops ensure an even and easy melting.

To begin with, we melt the dark chocolate with the whipped cream to create a fluffy base for the chocolate sponge cake. We also add brown sugar to give the chocolate soufflé juiciness and extra flavor.

If you want it easier, you can always use our chocolate soufflé mix. BAM Chocolate Soufflé Mix creates a fluffy, light and airy base for the famous French dessert. The amount of mix is enough for six chocolate soufflés. If you want to make only two, you can adjust the quantities accordingly and use the mix several times.

Instructions:

1. Step Lightly butter or brush the chocolate soufflé cups. Line the baking pan intended for the soufflé cups with baking paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside for the time being. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Step Melt half of the BAM dark chocolate drops over a water bath together with the whipping cream. Once everything is melted, add the brown sugar and stir until smooth. Add the BAM vanilla paste, oil and eggs and mix until well combined. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add the mixture to the liquid ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula until a lump-free chocolate mixture forms. Divide evenly into the soufflé cups until they are about 3/4 full. Now place the remaining BAM dark chocolate drops in the center of each chocolate soufflé.
3. Step Bake for 15-16 minutes, turning the baking dish every 8 minutes. If there is a concern that the soufflé is not cooked enough, you can bake it a minute or two longer. The inside should be slightly moist, with melted chocolate inside. Serve warm.
