Chocolate soufflé is a dessert with so much chocolate flavor that no other chocolate dessert can compete. We have prepared a recipe that allows you to prepare a chocolate soufflé for just two people.
To prepare it, in addition to the usual ingredients, you need two standard size chocolate soufflé molds and BAM drops of dark chocolate. The chocolate drops ensure an even and easy melting.

To begin with, we melt the dark chocolate with the whipped cream to create a fluffy base for the chocolate sponge cake. We also add brown sugar to give the chocolate soufflé juiciness and extra flavor.
If you want it easier, you can always use our chocolate soufflé mix. BAM Chocolate Soufflé Mix creates a fluffy, light and airy base for the famous French dessert. The amount of mix is enough for six chocolate soufflés. If you want to make only two, you can adjust the quantities accordingly and use the mix several times.
