  • Use a cake tin with a diameter of approximately 28 cm. If you use a smaller or larger baking tray, the cake will be taller or shorter accordingly.

Grind the biscuits and combine them with the melted butter in a large bowl. Mix well to moisten the biscuits evenly.

Spread the biscuit mixture in the baking tray to form an even, firm base. The easiest way to do this is to use a spoon or the bottom of a glass to make the bottom really even.

In a large bowl, combine the BAM cheesecake mix with the cold water and stir until completely smooth and lump-free.

In another bowl, whip the unsweetened cream until it is firm and gradually add it to the cheesecake mixture, whisking gently until you have a smooth, uniform mixture.

Add the BAM vanilla paste and mix well again. Then divide the cheesecake mixture evenly over the prepared biscuit base. Use a spatula to smooth the surface of the cake.

Place the baking tray in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes to set the cake.

Once the cheesecake is well cooled and set, decorate it with fresh strawberries. Spread the strawberries evenly over the top of the cake to add freshness and colour.
