Spray a 23 x 23 cm baking tray evenly with BAM Coconut Oil Spray.

In a large bowl, gently mix together the fresh strawberries, 50 g BAM table sweetener and cornstarch until well combined. Then transfer this mixture to the prepared baking tray.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, 70 g BAM table sweetener, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour the melted butter over the mixture and mix well to form a crunchy crumble.

Spread the crumble evenly over the strawberries in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbling. Serve while still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy the wonderful taste of homemade strawberry crumble.
