Ingredients:

  • 4-5 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • sugar-free jam
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • BAM Vanilla paste
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Step In a medium bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt. Add the melted butter or coconut oil and water. Stir the ingredients to make a uniform dough. Add more water if necessary if the dough is dry. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
1. Step In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples, lemon juice and cinnamon with a teaspoon of BAM vanilla paste. Mix thoroughly to distribute the ingredients evenly.
