Shake the BAM white chocolate in a large bowl. Then add the butter and sweet cream to another saucepan and bring to a moderate heat.

Just before the mixture comes to the boil, remove the pan from the heat and add a teaspoon of BAM vanilla paste. Stir well. Pour the hot mixture over the white chocolate and leave to stand for a few minutes to soften the chocolate.

Stir until a smooth chocolate cream forms. Place the cream in a room at room temperature and allow to cool. Then place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.

Once the cream has set, it is ready to be moulded. You can use a teaspoon to help you scoop up the hardened cream and then shape it into balls with your hands. Roll each one in coconut flakes.

Place the balls on a platter or in cups and serve to your eager guests. Enjoy!
