Instructions:

Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes a fine paste.

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed banana, flour, baking powder and BAM vanilla paste. The easiest way to mix is with a whisk or silicone spatula. Once the ingredients are well combined, remove the dough from the bowl and knead until elastic and slightly moist.

It's time to shape the balls. Grease your hands with avocado oil and shape the dough into small balls the size of golf balls.

Arrange them on a baking tray previously lined with baking paper. Leave a little space between the balls.

Bake the balls for 7 minutes at 180°C. After baking, the banana balls will be slightly rough and dry around the edges.

Remove from the oven and brush the balls, while still warm, with avocado oil, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Roll the warm balls in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Make sure they are evenly coated.Serve the banana balls while still warm, enjoy!
