INGREDIENTS: - 20 tiramisu biscuits - 60 g icing sugar - 150 g mascarpone cheese - 45 ml of coffee - BAM classic pistachio spread or BAM protein pistachio spread with pistachio pieces - Cocoa powder for sprinkling PROCEDURE: 1. Preparation of the biscuit base: - Grind the tiramisu biscuits into a fine powder. - In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the icing sugar, mascarpone cheese and coffee. Stir until a smooth, sticky mixture forms. 2. Shape into balls: - Shape the prepared mixture into balls.
