STEP 2. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water and leave for 10 minutes. STEP 3 Melt the milk chocolate and stir in 50 g of warm cream to make a smooth mixture. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. STEP 4 Add the grated melted gelatine to the warm chocolate mixture and mix well. Immediately afterwards, gently fold in the whipped cream. STEP 5 Prepare the jars and fill them with the chocolate mousse. Place them in the fridge. STEP 6 Repeat the process with BAM strawberry and BAM white chocolate. This creates beautiful multi-coloured layers. STEP 7 Leave the desserts in the fridge for a few hours to set the mousse. Whisk 120 g of cream to make a smooth cream.
