Melt the chocolate chunks, butter and sweet cream in a saucepan over a bath of water. Cook until smooth, then remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and flour.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until you have a thick yellow mixture. Then fold the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture.

Prepare the ramekins, grease them with butter and sprinkle them with a little sugar and fill them with the mixture.

Place the cups on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Cool the chocolate cakes for about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy a delicious, hot, runny and very chocolatey centre!
