
Ingredients:
- 360 g powdered sugar
- 75 g butter
- 2 tablespoons BAM vanilla paste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

In a medium bowl, mix the icing sugar and butter. Stir in the vanilla and one tablespoon of milk.

Whisk gradually until the vanilla cream is smooth and spreadable. If the cream is too thick, add more milk, a few drops at a time. If the cream becomes too thin, add a little icing sugar. The cream is then ready to decorate with the piping bag.
