A spring treat for all lovers of quick desserts that are delicious at the same time. All you need is puff pastry, BAM Vanilla Cream Mix and BAM FIT Apricot Jam with no added sugar.


If you like, you can top the jam with fresh fruit or, for those with a sweet tooth, with one of the BAM spreads.

? Vanilla daisies with Fit apricot jam ? A spring treat for all lovers of quick and delicious desserts. All you need is puff pastry, BAM Vanilla Cream Mix and BAM FIT Apricot Jam with no added sugar. If you like, you can top the jam with fresh fruit or, for those with a sweet tooth, with one of the BAM spreads. Ingredients (8 daisies): - Puff pastry - 70 g BAM vanilla cream mix - 2 dl milk - BAM Fit apricot jam - Powdered sugar for sprinkling Process: Cut the puff pastry into large flower shapes. Place the rosettes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pierce the bottoms with a fork. Weight them down with rice or baking paper and dried beans to keep their shape during baking. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare the vanilla cream by mixing 70 g BAM vanilla cream mix with 2 dl milk. Fill the cooled daisies with the prepared vanilla cream. Top each daisy with a teaspoon of BAM Fit apricot jam. Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar for a nicer look. Instructions:

Cut the puff pastry into large flower shapes.

Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pierce the bottoms with a fork. Weight them with rice or baking paper and dried beans to keep their shape during baking.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the vanilla cream by mixing 70 g BAM vanilla cream mix with 2 dl milk. Fill the cooled daisies with the prepared vanilla cream.

Top each daisy with a teaspoon of BAM Fit apricot jam.
