
Ingredients:
- 25 g BAM dark chocolate drops
- 200 ml warm or hot milk of choice
- 60 ml chilled whipped cream
- 50 g BAM milk chocolate

Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave. When it is completely melted, pour it into the prepared glass. Pour the milk over the chocolate and let it sit.

Melt the hot milk chocolate in the same way as the dark chocolate and let cool, as it will be added to the whipped cream later.

In a separate bowl, whip the cooled whipped cream with a hand mixer until soft peaks form - don't over whip as you don't want the cream to get too stiff. Add the prepared melted milk chocolate to the whipped cream and stir. Do not stir too long, as you want a light chocolate pudding to form.

Spoon the chocolate cream onto the milk, sprinkle with marshmallows, sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired or top with more melted dark chocolate drops and serve immediately. Mix the pudding with milk and the melted dark chocolate and enjoy your sweet drink.
