White chocolate mousse is a dessert that consists mainly of three ingredients: BAM white chocolate, whipped cream and BAM vanilla paste. Raspberries and white chocolate are a fantastic combination, and the addition of cream cheese takes white chocolate mousse to a new level of pâtisserie.

The mousse is optionally prepared with eggs, or in a simplified form you can omit the eggs. For those who don't want to eat raw eggs, this white chocolate mousse is the perfect choice for your next dessert. Plus, chocolate mousse recipes with eggs usually require a few extra steps. The mousse is quite easy to prepare with our recipe. All you need to do is melt the white chocolate, whip the cream, mix the two together and maybe add a few other ingredients of your choice.

1. Step Beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Leave to rest in the refrigerator. Melt the white chocolate over a water bath. Beat the cream cheese and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Step Whisk the white chocolate, salt and BAM vanilla paste on medium speed until well blended. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Now you should taste the mousse, and if it is not sweet enough, you can add a tablespoon or two of powdered sugar. You can either serve the white chocolate mousse immediately or chill it in the refrigerator for another 1 to 2 hours.
