white mousse in chocolate cups

BAM white chocolate is a very versatile, premium Belgian chocolate. It is ideal for moulding, pralines, creams, mousses, ganaches, ice creams, biscuits, cookies, sponge cakes and other creamy chocolate structures. The chocolate is shaped into smaller droplets for faster and more even melting of the chocolate. It is a light and creamy chocolate with a balanced milk flavour.

We have prepared a fairly simple recipe for making white chocolate ''mousse'' in dark chocolate cups.

Ingredients:

  • brush
  • paper cups (for muffins)
  • decoration (chocolate sprinkles, stars, etc.)

Instructions:

1
Prepare the brush and paper cups. Dip the brush in the chocolate and spread a thick layer of chocolate on the inside of each paper cup. Allow the chocolate to cool completely at room temperature.
2
Meanwhile, make the white chocolate mousse. Break the white chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a water bath. Let it cool slightly.
3
Pour the sweet cream into another larger bowl and whisk until soft. Slowly fold the lightly whipped sweet cream into the melted white chocolate.
4
Whisk everything together until the mixture is thick enough to use a piping bag to pipe into the chocolate cups.
5
Once the cups have cooled, remove the paper wrapping around the chocolate. Fill a piping bag with the mousse, choose any attachment you like and start piping the mousse into the cups.
6
Decorate according to your taste and preferences with different decorative products. May it suit you!
