BAMbastic Pastry Challenge

We''re launching this challenge to tempt you to share your beautiful homemade creations with us. We''ve been receiving more and more photos of cakes and other desserts lately, but unfortunately we can''t publish them all. But since we''ll be home more due to the current situation, we''ve decided to make your quarantine period a little bit brighter! We have decided to invite you to take part in a prize competition that we have been working on and perfecting for you over the last few days.

We''d love to see your recipes, especially those mini tricks from your home kitchen. Every housewife uses mini tricks to make baking desserts easier.

For example, we always use a toothpick when baking a sponge cake, whether it''s a cake or just a sponge cake, because it''s the easiest way to check if it''s baked. What''s yours?

1. Terms and conditions

The organiser of the "BAMbastičen izziv" competition is Moja Chokolada d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the organiser"), Kunaverjeva 9, 1000 Ljubljana.

Duration of the competition

The competition runs from 30.10.2020 to 30.11.2020.

3. Participation in the prize competition

Any person of legal age who agrees to the rules may participate. Only persons who are residents of the Republic of Slovenia and who submit their recipe during the Sweepstakes period with the mention "BAMbastic Challenge" in the name of the recipe on the website: www.mojacokolada.si/oddaj-recept may participate in the Sweepstakes.

Persons employed by the Organiser or their close relatives are not allowed to participate in the prize competition.

4. Selection procedure

From all the submitted recipes, the Mojačokolada.si team will select the three best recipes, which will be voted for by our followers on social networks(Facebook and Instagram). The voting will take place one day (24 hours) after the deadline for submitting recipes. Once the voting is closed, we will count the total votes from both social networks and rank the recipes from the highest number of votes to the lowest.

The voting record is prepared by the Mojačokolada.si team and kept by the organiser.

5. Prize and collection

The prizes for the prize course will be divided into three groups. The recipe that receives the highest number of votes from our followers will be rewarded with a three-month supply of BAM baking products worth EUR 100. The recipe with the second highest number of votes will win a two-month supply of BAM baking products worth €50, and the recipe with the lowest number of votes will receive a one-month supply of BAM baking products worth €25.

The winner must let the organiser know his/her details where the prize should be delivered.

The prizes will be delivered to the winners within ten days of the announcement of the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable.

6. Privacy and security of personal data

The Organiser reserves the right to publish in the media the names of the winners, photographs and recipes submitted. Winners do not have to pay the Organiser for publication.

7. Complaints

Entrants must agree to the rules of the prize draw as a condition of participation. By submitting a recipe, the entrant is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions relating to the prize draw.

8. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

The Sweepstakes Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions if required to do so for technical, commercial or public reasons.
