The BAM Basic Confectionery Bundle contains BAM vanilla paste, made from natural Bourbon vanilla extract, and a pack of BAM chocolates. BAM White Chocolate also welcomes BAM Milk Chocolate and BAM Dark Chocolate. The basic package, therefore, contains all the necessary baking products to make it even easier to prepare simple desserts such as pancakes, biscuits, custards, ganaches, and other creamy chocolate structures. The products in the pack are gluten-free.

The basic confectionery pack contains BAM Vanilla Paste (50 ml), which will delight you with its rich taste and natural aroma. Vanilla seeds are added to the paste to make panna cotta, creme brulee, custard, or vanilla ice cream look even more attractive. BAM White Chocolate (500 g) is joined by BAM Dark Chocolate (500 g) and BAM Milk Chocolate (500 g). In addition to their versatility, the chocolates have another significant advantage: they are shaped into smaller drops, which allows them to melt faster and more evenly. They are also suitable for desserts such as biscuits, custards, mousses, ganaches, ice creams, and other chocolate cream structures.

BAM products should be stored between 15 and 20°C in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C, and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
