How to store

Hot chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in a tightly closed container.

White Hot Chocolate, 220 g

Ingredients

Sugar, cornstarch, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter (milk), dextrose, thickener: E412, flavourings, vanillin, salt.

May contain traces of soya, nuts and sulphur dioxide.

Instructions

Heat 125 ml of milk. Gradually add one scoop of BAM hot chocolate (32 g) to the heated milk (125 ml) and stir well.
Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming. Simmer until the desired thickness. For a thicker version, use 100 ml of milk.

BAM tip: You can add mini marshmallow marshmallows, vanilla or hazelnut paste to the hot chocolate and serve.
