If you're out of ideas or running out of time to gift your loved ones, a gift voucher is the perfect solution. A gift voucher is the ideal gift for a personal celebration, an anniversary, a token of appreciation and, last but not least, a more than perfect birthday present.

The gift voucher is ideal for those who regularly use chocolate and when you are not sure which BAM products they are currently missing. The gift voucher will allow the recipient to choose the €10 worth of products that suit them.

Using a BAM Gift Voucher

You will receive a BAM gift voucher in PDF format by email after you have submitted and paid for your purchase. You can then easily print the gift voucher.

The gift voucher can be redeemed by both non-registered and registered users in our online shop BAMchocolate.com

The gift voucher is not redeemable in cash and can be used in full or in portions, e.g. once for €27, another time for €23 in the case of a €50 voucher. Any unused balance is non-refundable.

You pay the difference if the value of the purchase is higher than the gift voucher

To redeem a voucher, enter the code ( indicated on each voucher) in the Gift voucher box in step 3 of the purchase process, where you select the payment method.

Each gift voucher is valid for a limited period of time (expiry date: 12 months)

What is the status of my order?

We will always notify you of changes to the status of your order by e-mail so that you can keep track of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a notification when your order has been successfully accepted for processing and when the package has been dispatched. If you receive a notification that a package has been dispatched, the package will most likely be with you the next working day or the day after at the latest. You can also check the status and processing of your order in your user account (if you have registered).

How do I take advantage of the promo code?

You can enter the promotion code in the checkout process, where there is a Summary of your order and also in your cart. In the order summary there is a window to enter a promotional code or gift voucher. Please make sure that the promotional code is entered correctly, taking into account upper and lower case letters and any characters. Incorrectly entered promo codes will not be detected by the system.
