Choco-Loco Bowl

Ingredients:

Ingredients for the Choco-Loco bowl:

  • 80 g of your favourite chocolate pasta (chocolate drill, spaghetti or shell pasta)
  • a handful of butterbur
  • 4 tablespoons roasted chickpeas
  • curry powder
  • cherry tomatoes
  • avocado
  • lime
  • sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

Fry the cooked chickpeas in a few drops of coconut oil, sprinkle with curry powder in between and stir several times. Cook the chocolate drills for 2-3 minutes.

For the avocado sauce, slice half an avocado, add a spoonful of sour cream, 0.5 -1 dcl dcl water, a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper. Blend everything well with a stick blender.

Place the cooked drills in the centre of the bowl and place the remaining ingredients around; the butternut squash, chervil, roasted chickpeas, the remaining avocado and a drizzle of lime and pour over the avocado sauce.

Tip: If you want to add extra richness to the bowl, you can also add toasted tofu.
