This time we've made mochi filled with delicious BAM strawberry jam and refreshing ice cream. INGREDIENTS: 500 ml whipping cream BAM ice cream mix BAM strawberry jam 130 g sticky rice flour 40 g sugar 90 ml milk Water if necessary Food colouring (pink) 30 g butter Food foil PREPARATION: 1. Whip the cream to stiff peaks. 2. Gradually fold in the BAM ice cream mix and half the strawberry jam. Reserve the rest of the jam for the topping. 3. Place the prepared custard in the freezer for at least 1 hour. 4. In the meantime, mix together the sticky rice flour, sugar and milk. Add water if necessary to get a yoghurt-like consistency. 5. Colour the dough with pink food colouring. 6. Cover the dough with food foil, pierce it and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes. 7. Add the butter to the hot dough, knead well and leave to cool for half an hour. 8. Divide the cooled dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece into a circle. 9. Place a spoonful of not yet frozen ice cream in the centre of each circle. 10. Carefully close the edges of the dough to form the pouches. 11. Place the marshmallows back in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
