BAM milk fountain chocolate is a premium chocolate with at least 39.3% cocoa and more cocoa butter. The fact that it contains more cocoa butter than traditional chocolates makes it ideal for chocolate fountains and fondues, as it makes it even easier to coat fruit and other treats. BAM milk chocolate for fountains (1 kg) is ideal for use in fountains and fondues due to its higher cocoa butter content. The higher cocoa butter content than conventional chocolates allows for a silky smooth flow. The chocolate only needs to be melted, no butter or oil needs to be added. The delicious creamy-caramel texture will delight even the most demanding chocolate lovers. It is ideal for dipping various fruits as well as smaller pieces of desserts.

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.

Cocoa fraction minimum 39,3 %, milk fraction minimum 20,4 % and milk fat minimum 5,6 %.

How to store

Chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the chocolate should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid storing chocolate in a refrigerator.
