It is a creamy and rich white chocolate enriched with 16% roasted hazelnuts, which together create a subtle balance between the milky sweetness and the characteristic nougat flavour. This melt-in-your-mouth chocolate is perfect for a wide variety of desserts - from sumptuous mousses to praline fillings, fruit tarts, sponge cakes, decorations and warm toppings.

Sugar, cocoa butter, hazelnuts (16 %), whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour. Cocoa fractions at least 26 %, milk fractions at least 25,8 %, milk fat at least 4,6 %.

How to store

Chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the chocolate should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid storing chocolate in the refrigerator.
