BAM White Hot Chocolate with Hazelnuts (220 g) delights your taste buds with the taste of sweet and creamy white chocolate, enriched with a dusting of hazelnuts. This time, BAM hot chocolates have been packed in convenient, tight-closing containers. A dosing spoon is also waiting in the packaging to make it easier to dose and thus to prepare a portioned hot chocolate. The famous hot drink can also be spiced up with BAM mini sugar foams and whipped cream. The taste of white hot chocolate with hazelnuts can also be combined with the taste of classic hot chocolate or hot chocolate with hazelnuts.

Sugar, cornstarch, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter(milk), dextrose, crushed hazelnuts, thickener: E412; flavourings, salt, vanillin.

May contain traces of soya and sulphur dioxide.

How to store

Hot chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in a tightly closed container.

Instructions

Heat 125 ml of milk. Gradually add one scoop of BAM hot chocolate (32 g) to the heated milk (125 ml) and stir well.
Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming. Simmer until the desired thickness. For a thicker version, use 100 ml of milk.

BAM tip: You can add mini marshmallow marshmallows, vanilla or hazelnut paste to the hot chocolate and serve.
