Mix 150 g coconut flour and a jar of BAM Protein Coconut Spread. Add 2 teaspoons of BAM fit oatmeal for extra crunch.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk. Mix well and shape into bars.

Place the shaped bars in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden.
