In addition to the workshops, the international competitions will certainly be of interest. During the competition, the baristas will go through six different challenges: imitating the working environment of a professional Barista, Cupping, Latte Art, Brewing, Ordering, Signature drink and general knowledge.
New among the competitions is the 1st Coffee Cocktail Competition - AFTER DINNER COCKTAIL, where participants will try their hand at making a coffee-based cocktail from their own original recipe.
On the first day of the fair, visitors will also have the opportunity to see the first OKUSI MODO fashion show, which is designed to help catering and hotel owners and others to choose suitable workwear for their employees, as the first contact when ordering food or drinks is through the serving staff.
Exhibitor presentations
On top of all this, there will be numerous tastings of food, cakes, ice cream, wine and other delicacies throughout the days of the fair, as well as presentations of new products on the market. Of these, we would like to highlight the company Winterhalter, which will be presenting its innovative PT ClimatePlus box dishwasher with a heat pump, which works like an air conditioner and emits cool, dry air into the room throughout the fair. Visitors to the PT ClimatePlus box will be able to watch a film, put on headphones and listen to the sounds of the machine in action.
