Hot chocolates are the perfect way to add a little luxury to chilly evenings.

BAM Extra Dark Chocolate (220 g) is the perfect choice for those who appreciate the intense taste of dark chocolate. When mixed with warm milk, it creates a thick-textured drink that will warm up your evenings during the colder autumn and winter months. Our hot chocolates are packaged in a convenient sealed container, allowing you to easily dispense and reuse them. You''ll also find a measuring spoon in the pack to further simplify preparation. This popular hot drink can be enriched with the addition of BAM mini sugar foams and whipped sweet cream. In addition to the extra dark hot chocolate flavour, you can also choose between hot chocolate with hazelnuts or white hot chocolate with coconut to create the perfect winter indulgence.

As the perfect accompaniment, freeze-dried raspberries or chopped hazelnuts are an excellent match for BAM Extra Dark Chocolate.

How to store

Hot chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in a tightly closed container.

Instructions

Heat 125 ml of milk. Gradually add one scoop of BAM hot chocolate (32 g) to the heated milk (125 ml) and stir well.
Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming. Simmer until the desired thickness. For a thicker version, use 100 ml of milk.

BAM tip: You can add mini marshmallow marshmallows, vanilla or hazelnut paste to the hot chocolate and serve.
