BAM classic hot chocolate with hazelnuts creates a creamy, yet just the right amount of thick hot chocolate. We''ve added the rich flavour of hazelnuts to the classic hot chocolate flavour, and it''s sure to leave you feeling indifferent. The hot chocolate also impresses with its convenient larger packaging, which makes it more economical to prepare for bars. A dosing spoon is also included in the packaging to make dosing easier. In addition to the BAM mini sugar foams, the BAM chopped roasted hazelnuts also sit happily on top of the hazelnut hot chocolate. White chocolate lovers can also be delighted with the White Hot Chocolate with Hazelnuts.

Sugar, cocoa powder (28%), cornstarch, ground hazelnuts, flavourings, salt.May contain traces of milk, soya and sulphur dioxide.

How to store

Hot chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in a tightly closed container.

Instructions

1. Heat 125 ml of milk. Gradually add one scoop of BAM hot chocolate (32 g) to the heated milk (125 ml).

2. Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming. Simmer the drink until the desired thickness. For a thicker version, use 100 ml of milk.

BAM tip: You can add mini marshmallow marshmallows, vanilla or hazelnut paste to the hot chocolate and serve.
