In our BAM Sweet spice set, you will find spice blends that can be used to make the well-known apple strudel or apple pie. All the spice mixes come in a handy container that makes it easy for you to dose. Product description

The set contains BAM Cookies & Cake Spice Mix, which is suitable for gingerbread, cakes, assorted biscuits, fruit toppings for desserts or even for game meat. We have also added Vanilla Sugar with Bourbon Vanilla, which is a very versatile, intensely flavoured blend of bourbon vanilla and white sugar. Apple strudel is a dish that is not only popular in Slovenia; it is also often prepared in Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, etc. The main ingredients are puff pastry and apple filling. We have also prepared a spice mix called Strudel & pie, which can be sprinkled on the dough.

How to store

Store at room temperature (between 15-25°C) in a dry and dark place. Keep in an original container. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.

Spice blend Strudel & Pie, 90 g

Ingredients

Cinnamon, sugar, allspice, ginger, cardamom, bourbon vanilla.

May contain traces of gluten.

Spice blend Cakes & Cookies, 60 g

Ingredients

Coriander, cinnamon, cloves, anise, nutmeg, star anise, fennel, cardamom.

What is the status of my order?

How do I take advantage of the promo code?

In the order summary there is a window to enter a promotional code or gift voucher.
