BAM White Chocolate is a delicious baking chocolate with a balanced milk flavour. It is ideal for mousses, ganaches, custards, biscuits, pralines and ice cream. It pairs well with acidic fruits such as wild berries or citrus fruits, and is also a great match for peaches or mangoes. It is shaped into smaller droplets, which allows the chocolate to melt more evenly and faster.

How to store

Chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C, nor should the chocolate be exposed to direct light. Avoid storing chocolate in a refrigerator.
