
Ingredients:
- 100 g almonds (or hazelnuts)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 g soft white flour
- 100 g cold butter, cut into pieces
- a pinch of salt

Grind the almonds with the icing sugar to make a fine powder.

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Add the ground almonds with the sugar and the cold sliced butter. Knead the ingredients with your hands to form a smooth dough. Be careful not to knead too long to keep the dough cold.

Form the dough into small balls, about the size of a cherry. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Bake the biscuits for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Once the biscuits have cooled, spread some of the BAM Hazelnut Cocoa Spread on the bottom of one biscuit and press it to the bottom of the other biscuit.
