Take the mascarpone out of the fridge half an hour before using. Use fresh eggs, which must be at room temperature.

Separate the yolks from the whites. The egg whites can be used to make egg white kisses later. Add half of the sugar and both sachets of bourbon vanilla sugar to the egg yolks. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Then fold in the mascarpone. Place the cream in the fridge to chill.

Use a large glass jar. Place a handful of chocolate pasta in the bottom of the jar first, then fill the jar 3/4 full with a piping bag. Arrange a few more chocolate shells on top of the custard, sprinkle with golden edible dust, then sprinkle the custard over the top of the custard. Place the dessert jars back in the fridge so that the dessert is chilled when served.
