In a large bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar until light and smooth. Then stir in the BAM hazelnut paste and add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, BAM spice mix and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth dough is formed.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness. We recommend rolling them out thinner, as this makes the biscuits really delicate. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between them. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Be careful not to over-bake them. If you have rolled them out thinly, bake them for less time.

After baking, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Have a good run!
