Pistachio Hot Chocolate with Dark Cookies ?? This is a warm dessert made for slow, cozy moments. Creamy BAM pistachio hot chocolate pairs perfectly with homemade dark chocolate cookies made with BAM black cocoa. Nutty, rich, and comforting, this combo is ideal for cold days and relaxed evenings. ? Ingredients Chocolate cookies • 200 g all-purpose flour • 100 g butter at room temperature • 2 egg yolks • 40 g powdered sugar • 2 tbsp BAM vanilla paste • 1 heaped tbsp BAM black cocoa • 2 tbsp cold water Pistachio hot chocolate • 125 ml milk • 1 scoop BAM pistachio hot chocolate mix For serving • whipped cream • chopped pistachios Preparation: Mix all cookie ingredients into a smooth dough, chill, then roll out, cut, and bake until lightly crisp and chocolatey. Heat the milk, add the BAM pistachio hot chocolate mix, and cook until smooth and creamy. Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream, add a cookie on the side, and finish with chopped pistachios. Instructions:

1. Preparation of the biscuits:

Mix all the ingredients for the biscuits until smooth.

Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up.Roll out the chilled dough between two sheets of baking paper and cut out the biscuits as desired.

Bake the biscuits in an oven preheated to180 °C (fan-cooled) for 5-7 minutes. After baking, leave to cool completely, then decorate as desired.

Preparation of pistachio hot chocolate:

Heat the milk until hot, then gradually add 1 scoop of BAM pistachio hot chocolate and stir well.

Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming.

Cook until desired thickness. For even thicker hot chocolate, use 100 ml of milk.
