  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 1 heaped tablespoon protein, if desired
  • 100 g spelt flour (buckwheat or oat flour can also be used)
  • 3 dcl oat milk (rice milk can also be used)
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut fat
  • pinch of salt
  • Spread: PREMIUM chocolate spread by Mojačokolada.si

Mix all the ingredients until smooth. This batter is a little thicker than normal pancake batter.

Melt a heaped tablespoon of coconut butter in a frying pan, pour the excess fat into a bowl and add it later.

Pour the pancake batter onto the hot griddle, making sure it doesn''t come all the way to the edge of the griddle (this will make it easier to flip the pancake).

The pancake should be thicker than a traditional pancake. Sprinkle a small handful of raisins on top of each pancake and cook on both sides.
