The handy Apple strudel pack contains BAM Vanilla Paste, BAM Strudel & Pita Spice Mix and BAM Vanilla Cream - everything you need to bake a temptingly good apple wrap.

BAM Vanilla Paste (50 g) is made from high-quality bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Its rich aroma and intense flavour without added alcohol give dishes a sophisticated, full flavour and natural look. The tube packaging keeps the paste fresh and the dosing is precise and easy, giving you total control.

Simply sprinkle the BAM Strudel & Pie Spice Mix (90 g) over the dough, roll it up and pop it in the oven with a baking tray. The house smells of apples and the aromatic mix of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, vanilla, pimento and sugar.

BAM Vanilla Cream (350 g) is a quick and easy vanilla cream mix that requires only cold milk. It is characterised by its rich vanilla flavour and creamy texture.

How to store

Store BAM products at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
