
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- vanillin syrup, fruit liqueur, cocoa extract or rum.
Instructions:

Melt the broken chocolate, sugar and water in a bowl over a water bath or in the microwave.

Once the mixture is thick and smooth, add the butter and any additional flavours you wish.

The chocolate mix is then ready to brighten and enhance your confectionery!
