Among them is the innovative BAM Charmed Cream Mix (300 g) - a creamy base ready in just minutes.

With its neutral taste and light texture, it is perfect for creating cakes, cupcakes, confectionery in a jar, mousseline and cream fillings. The preparation is extremely simple: mix the mixture with milk and water and whisk for 3 minutes - the result is a light, stable cream that can be used immediately or kept in the fridge for up to 5-6 days.

You can create a variety of flavours by adding BAM pastes (e.g. vanilla, hazelnut or pistachio) and you can also colour the cream with food colours. If you want a thicker texture for more stable fillings, make it exclusively with milk. One quantity is enough to fill a 24-26 cm diameter cake or to decorate up to 30 cupcakes.

How to store

BAM Charmed Cream Mix should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the mixture should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in tightly closed containers.

Instructions

For 1 serving, mix 150 g of Charmed Cream, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water.
Whisk for about 3 minutes on high speed to obtain a light and smooth cream that is ready to use immediately.
The quantity is enough to fill a cake 24-26 cm in diameter or to decorate about 25-30 cupcakes.

Chocolate Tip: You can colour the cream with food colours and add BAM pastes to taste. If you want a more compact cream, make the mixture with milk only.
