Who says spices should not be used in drinks? The rich flavours of vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, pimento and pepper intertwine in the BAM Arabic Coffee spice blend. A very small amount can be added to hot drinks (coffee and hot chocolate), but it can also be added to desserts such as tiramisu, panna cotta, cakes ... Some people also use it to season meat (game meat, lamb, duck).

Product description

BAM Arabic coffee spice blend is the perfect choice to spice up hot drinks and desserts. It is excellent in coffee drinks (coffee with milk, Turkish coffee, cappuccino, etc.) and hot chocolate. It is also very useful in the preparation of desserts, especially those with a chocolate base. It can be added to tiramisu, panna cotta, chocolate mousse, souffles ... Its rich flavour, which combines the aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, pimento and pepper, transforms a simple drink and an everyday dessert into something special. Some people also use it to season meat (game meat, lamb, duck, etc.). The mixture can be mixed into ground coffee for ease of use, or added to a prepared drink. In desserts, it can be mixed in with the other ingredients, and if used to season meat, it can be rubbed on before baking.

How to store

Store at room temperature (between 15-25°C) in a dry and dark place. Keep in an original container. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.
