This mix is the perfect choice for all lovers of classic chocolate flavour who swear by quick preparation but don't want to give up the creamy, fluffy texture of homemade ice cream. You don't need an appliance - just a few minutes of time, whipped cream and a little space in the freezer.

You can freeze the mixture as classic ice cream or use it to make ice cream cakes, desserts in a glass and other refreshing summer creations.

Ingredients

Powdered sugar, coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrose, stabilisers: guar gum (E412), cellulose gum (E466), sodium alginate (E401), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), chocolate powder, flavour. Gluten free.

How to store

Store the product in a dry, dark place at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C.

Instructions

Stir 200 g Chocolate Ice Cream Mix into 300 ml ice-cold water or 400 ml sweet cream with at least 10% milk fat. Leave to rest in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Then whip the chilled mixture with an electric mixer for up to 5 minutes until fluffy. Place the mixture back in the freezer for at least 6 hours (overnight is recommended).
