Sandwiches:
- 16 waffles
- 250 g BAM orange chocolate

Ingredients • 300 ml ice-cold water • 200 g BAM vanilla ice cream mix • 300 ml ice-cold water • 200 g BAM chocolate ice cream mix • 250 g BAM orange chocolate • 16 waffles • ground hazelnuts, coconut flour, or dried flowers, optional Preparation: Mix the BAM vanilla ice cream mix with ice-cold water, chill briefly, then whip until light and fluffy. Spread the ice cream into a shallow tray and freeze until firm. Repeat the process with the chocolate ice cream. Cut the frozen ice cream into waffle-sized rounds and sandwich them between two waffles. Melt the BAM orange chocolate, dip each sandwich halfway into the chocolate, and immediately sprinkle with your chosen topping. Instructions:
Ice cream:

Stir 200 g BAM vanilla ice cream mix into 300 ml ice-cold water . Place the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Whisk the cooled mixture for about 5 minutes until it becomes fluffy. Pour into a low baking tray and freeze for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).

Repeat the process with the BAM chocolate ice cream mix.
Assembling sandwiches:

Using a mould, cut out wafer-sized circles from the frozen ice cream and assemble the sandwiches.

Melt the BAM orange chocolate, dip each ice cream sandwich halfway and drizzle with your choice of topping.

Serve immediately or store in the freezer until serving.
