BAM Vanilla Ice Cream Mix is the base for a fluffy, smooth ice cream that can be made without the need for an ice cream machine - just whipped sweet cream. All you need is a few minutes, a little space in the freezer and a BAM moment for yourself or for those you want to impress.

Ingredients

Powdered sugar, coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrose, stabilisers: guar gum (E412), cellulose gum (E466), sodium alginate (E401), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), flavour.

Gluten free.

How to store

Store the product in a dry, dark place at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C.

Instructions

Stir 200 g Vanilla Ice Cream Mix into 300 ml ice-cold water or 400 ml sweet cream with at least 10% milk fat. Leave to rest in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Then whip the chilled mixture with an electric mixer for up to 5 minutes until fluffy. Place the mixture back in the freezer for at least 6 hours (overnight is recommended).

What is the status of my order?
