The Chocolate Surprise Chocolate Ball confectionery package consists of the BAM baking products that confectionery artist Kimi Zupančič prefers to use in her confectionery creations. The pack contains BAM Cocoa Powder (500 g), BAM Vanilla Paste (50 ml), BAM Dark Chocolate (250 g), BAM Mini Marshmallows Sugar Mousse (250 g) and BAM Salted Caramel Topping (200 ml). The combination of products is suitable for those who are already creating from the recipes of the renowned confectionery artist, as well as for those who are just starting out. BAM chocolates are packaged in convenient packaging so that they do not lose their freshness and authentic taste once opened. The chocolate is shaped into smaller droplets, which allow for faster and more even melting. BAM vanilla paste with visible vanilla seeds quickly takes its place in desserts, taking care of both taste and appearance. The salted caramel topping adds to the taste with its luxurious flavour, while the BAM marshmallows as decoration are happy to accept all the compliments of the perfectly prepared surprise chocolate ball.

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
