The Desserts in a cone confectionery set contains BAM vanilla paste (50 ml), BAM pistachio spread (200 ml), BAM milk chocolate (250 g), dark chocolate (500 g), and BAM Freeze dried raspberries (40 g) for the perfect decoration. Desserts in a cone (''flower cones'') are an innovative confection and a real confectionery trend. The chocolate mousse, made by pastry artist Gorazd Potočnik using BAM dark and milk chocolate, settles delightfully into the sweet mini cones. The chocolate can be replaced with BAM pistachio spread to create an enviable fluffy pistachio mousse. BAM vanilla paste also plays an active role in the preparation of the desserts in a cone.

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
