Desserts in a cone (''flower cones'') are an innovative confection and a real confectionery trend. The chocolate mousse, made by pastry artist Gorazd Potočnik using BAM dark and milk chocolate, settles delightfully into the sweet mini cones. BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
