Dessert and chocolate artist Gorazd Potočnik says that desserts like Sinless Desserts, which contain no sugar, use other ingredients to make them taste just as good. He uses a natural sweetener, dark chocolate, to help achieve the flavours, and cocoa powder to provide the texture. The products in this confectionery set are therefore suitable for all those who want a sinless treat. The products are GLUTEN-FREE.

The BAM Confectionery set Sinless desserts has been created for all those who want to become true pastry chefs. Dessert artist Gorazd Potočnik shows you how to make sinless desserts in his online course at the BAM Pastry Academy using our BAMbastic flavours. Become a pastry master with us!

The Sinless Desserts confectionery set contains BAM cocoa powder (500 g), accompanied by BAM dark chocolate (500 g). For the icing on the cake, we have also added BAM Vanilla Paste (50 ml). The BAM products in the set are selected by the patisserie artist, Gorazd Potočnik, using BAM products. This time, with the help of a pastry whisk and a pastry set, you can prepare a sinless version of a chocolate cake, energy bars or chocolate-cocoa brownie cubes.

BAM baking products are for all home bakers and professional pastry chefs who want to add the icing on the cake.

How to store

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
